HOW TO TRAIN YOUR BODY TO FALL ASLEEP EASILY.

You can train your body to fall asleep easily and in many cases if you have a difficult time sleeping it is because you have trained yourself to not sleep when in bed.

Experts suggest some basic tips and principles which can be effective in helping you wind down. Following are some sleep tips to help you fall asleep easily:
  1. Only use your bedroom for sleeping. This is one of them most common reasons people have hard time falling asleep. Don't watch t.v. or read in bed.

It has been found by researchers that as evening nears the temperature drops sending the signal for your body that night is here and its time to sleep. They have found evidence that cooling your body a bit will help you fall asleep. I have used this every night for 20 years to help me fall asleep and believe it is very effective.

3. Try to go to bed at roughly the same time every night. You want to train your mind to recognize the time as "shut down" time. What ever time that is.

4. Create a regular routine that is a pattern that you follow. this dovetails onto #3 above. You are training your body and mind to prepare for sleep by sending the same message through your routine or sequence of events that it should be preparing for slumber. We are creatures of habit and once you establish a pattern of sleep preparations your mind will automatically know its time for sleep now and you will lie down and drift easily to sleep.

5. Obviously, avoid stimulants. Studies have shown that drinking caffeine or energy drinks will in fact inhibit sleep ability....Imagine that! If you really want to improve sleep, don't drink stimulants at all or at least not after early morning. Be careful with cold medicines and other OTC drugs for congestion.

6. New data suggest to not eat before bedtime...especially spicy foods or foods that rev metabolism. This can be peppers, spicy foods, sugary foods or high carb dishes. Carbs are fuel and ignite the bodies furnace. Spices increase heart rate and metabolism. If you are hungry and must eat, try a glass of milk or even warm milk or a bowl of low sugar cereal, yogurt etc...

7. Supplements like melatonin are very effective and you may try using this approach. There are many herbal supplements that are helpful for sleep aid and until your new sleep preparation pattern is taking hold you may try using a sleep aid. I find that there is no need for chemical ones as the herbal combinations with melatonin are quite effective.

Following these tips should help you train your body to easily fall asleep. If you set a pattern and stick to the basic tips above I think you will note improved sleep and find that after a couple of weeks that you are falling asleep much easier.

Understanding yourself is key to success in life

Having an understanding of yourself is the one of the largest keys to life success.

It is this insight of self and others that will help you to understand why you do what you do, why you respond and think the way you do and why others react the way they do in each situation.

Your understanding of  motives, behaviors and the way you think is critical for life success. All these things make up your being (self) and are formed as you grow, learn and respond to life around you including things you are taught. There are some major truths regarding personality types which guide our actions and behavior to a large part.

The Meyers-Briggs study has had a major impact on the awareness and understanding of our behavior and defines 16 different combinations of types each of us fall into. the natural behavior types have been proven as psychologists have tested and tried the studies' findings over time.

This understanding then of self becomes a tool of major importance in learning how we relate to others in different situations and knowing why we do what we do. There is a special power in knowing yourself and the saying "to thine own self be true" only can apply if we know ourselves.


Ultimately, then our life success and in fact all our interactions are predicated and impacted by the way we respond to others, how we perceive their interactions with us and what we do with that feedback. This data is all processed instantaneously as we interact and it would behoove us to study the different personality types so that it is an immediate understanding of the person with whom you are interacting each time you interact. 

Life success and our own feelings of how we achieve success in life all comes down to our own interactions with others. It does not matter how secluded you are....unless you are hidden away in a Temple in Thailand, and even then your own life success still will depend to a certain extent on some relationship and interaction with others.

I liken my own story to this in that as I delved into internet marketing I learned and also had to accept my wife's blunt observations about me and my lack of social bonding which helped me look inside a bit and in fact, these outside observations if heeded can be very powerful feedback for us if we are willing to listen.  As I began marketing and learning about marketing on the internet I found that the successful people were not just posting ads, they were also working one on one with others whom they went out or their way to meet. This juxtaposition was difficult and indeed is still a difficult dynamic for me but if we are resistant to change then we do not grow and only stagnate. Typically, change, no matter how painful.....is usually for the better. So I encourage a bit of self reflection and study of the personality types as this is one of the main factors affecting our relationships and thereby impacting our ultimate success in life.

TAKING ACTION WILL EMPOWER YOU-just do it

NOT TAKING ACTION IS THE MAIN REASON INTERNET MARKETERS AND OTHERS FAIL AND DON'T SUCCEED.

Of all the factors why internet marketers fail the biggest is that of not taking action and procrastinating. This applies to life in so many ways. Taking action will energize you and bring anticipation of the equal and opposite reaction to action...results. Without action there can be no results.

My daughter and I were discussing this and she spoke of people who complain about being out of shape yet don't do anything about it. People will whine about their jobs, their finances, relationships yet take no action to address the issues. Lack of action and procrastination are key factors in failure and a lackluster and mediocre life. Many times these same people even when offered the solution are too lazy to take it. These people are not able to be helped until they decide to take action. If you approach someone who needs money with a great opportunity and they don't take action you might as well forget them. If they procrastinate...move on. Don't waste time on people who don't want to change. Change is difficult and most people are too lazy. Save your energy. Look for lookers.

YOU FIND YOUR SUCCESS BY TAKING ACTION AND FINDING OTHERS WHO WILL TAKE ACTION THAT WANT CHANGE AND ARE WILLING TO CHANGE. Then you help them get the results that they want.

Years ago Nike came out with a motto "just do it." I lived with this motto for many years as a young man. I can say this about taking action, you will have more failure but you will also have more success and better success. Because you learned from the failure and took action again.


Taking action will empower you, energize you and give you the excitement of anticipation because for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. In other words, when you take action you get results. Results you can measure and learn from.
The other main factor of why internet marketers fail.... other than not taking action is not having a complete system or a good system. You can take all the action you want with some systems and success still isn't going to happen. Your system MUST DO THE FOLLOWING TO HAVE SUCCESS:
1. Must be complete and include training be easy to duplicate or self duplicating
2. Must bring value to people. Offer a good effective solution to a problem with value price

These are critical components for success. get them dealt with and the small stuff comes alongside.

Internet marketers have high fail rate

INTERNET MARKETERS HAVE HIGH FAIL RATE

The accepted statistics for failure rates for internet marketers is between 90 and 98%. there are no concrete numbers. There are some common reasons for the high failure rate of online business marketers.

Most prominently, the community over sells and hypes up expectations of people looking to try to break into the arena of internet marketing. There are a lot of seedy and sleazy programs based on giving worthless e books away to get people to subscribe to a list. there is tons of worthless programs peddling useless software which promises riches and high ranking in google. For the most part what I have found is that it is mostly worthless stuff and overpriced.

PANIC AND ANXIETY-my story

THIS IS MY TRUE PANIC AND ANXIETY ATTACK STORY.

I never had a panic attack or anxiety like this before. I had a cold that had turned into bronchitis in 2008. I began using cold medicine to keep the cough at bay and to reduce the congestion in my head. I also had been in a very aggressive weight loss contest in which I was using some weight loss pills and of course I was also drinking my normal dosage of coffee about 3 cups a day.

The truth about anxiety and panic is that many things can cause it.

There is no evidence that panic strikes a certain individual type or that people are predisposed to an attack. I had no idea what I was about to go through or how brutal it would be for me and my true story is not unlike millions of others about panic and how they deal with it.
    FIRST, know that You will be ok. I know this sounds trite but I have been there. It sucks, I know. I took the meds (they help) but you will be just fine. Really it is your mind playing tricks on you based on perceived feedback and stress responses from your body.  You will need to train yourself to not react to the trigger.  Here is my anxiety story.

My true story began with a cold in 2008. I was using cold medicine and drinking coffee and I had a dryness in the back of my throat and  a dry cough that was unproductive. I thought that taking more cough medicine would help break it up so I would be able to get that junk out of my lungs. It was just before Thanksgiving. I was having a hard time sleeping at night so I began to drink alcohol to try to help me sleep. the cold did not get any better but I had a dryness at the back of my throat that was really bugging me. I was becoming more aware of my breathing and the dry irritated feeling in my throat. As I became more aware of this dry burning sensation and constant dry cough I began to obsess on how the dryness wouldn't go away no matter how much water I drank. I was also having acute coughing spasms where I could not breath because I was coughing so hard.I was beginning to get anxiety about being able to breath and the dryness in the throat was part of it. I hated the dryness and it was associated to the endless dry cough that kept me awake at night. I was still taking cough medicine to try and loosen the dryness. Then began the sleeplessness. I would go to bed and fall asleep but immediately wake up. It was like my body wanted to sleep but would not allow itself to. This happened for a few nights. I would just start falling asleep then suddenly would become aware of my breathing, I could feel a tinge run through my body and I would completely wake myself up. It was like my body would not let me sleep. Once at this point where I could feel a physical reaction in my body to falling asleep I could not sleep again. I kept trying to sleep but would get a jolt of panic just at the moment of falling asleep. It was panic about my breathing I guess. I was hyper aware of my breathing and that ever present dryness in the back of my throat. One night after laying in bed falling asleep and immediately waking up this cycle happened and I called the advice nurse at 2:30 a.m. and told her "my body won't let me sleep, I am anxious about my breathing". I still didn't know what was really going on. I remember that feeling just at the point of falling asleep. The feeling of a jolt running through me...the feeling of fear....unnatural fear. I kept reassuring myself I was fine and everything was fine until I would lay down to sleep. Then the awareness of everything would flood over me and I would get a physical body reaction. Soon the fear of not being able to breathe was overtaken by the fear of going to bed, the fear of sleep. Because at the moment of sleep I would panic and wake up. Everytime I heard myself begin to snore it became a trigger that I was falling asleep and I would kick awake. This happened for 3 days and nights and I remember calling in to work at 2a.m. and telling the manager that I couldn't sleep and asking if I could come in and work.

THE PANIC AND ANXIETY CYCLE OF FEAR AND THE TRIGGER

I was caught in an endless cycle of panic about sleep. My body had created a trigger based on fear which I could feel as a physical bodily response of not being able to sleep and associated the physical fear response I was feeling in my body with the snoring of falling asleep. I could actually feel panic flowing through my body everytime I just began to fall asleep. I would lay down and begin to fall asleep and jump out of bed. I told my wife what I was feeling. We prayed, I convinced myself that I was ok. But the stress of this fed the panic. I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with pneumonia, bronchitis and they got me on some meds. I was still having the panic attacks though. I was drinking more coffee becuase I needed help during the day. At night I took meds to knock me out. Usually after feeling the panic about falling asleep and getting out of bed and walking around and trying to relax I would fall asleep after 2 or 3 hours of this cycle. I just wanted peaceful sleep. My body would not allow me to sleep. The physical response of fear upon falling asleep jolted me out of bed until I could relax the adrenalin would keep me awake. Finally after about 1.5 weeks of this I went to a different doctor. She really spent some time with me and told me to quit drinking coffee completely. She got me a little bit of anti-anxiety medicine and said that the caffeine and the cold medicine were making me hyper sensitive and causing nervousness. Once I quit the coffee and worked through the fear response signal that was causing my body to send adrenaline through me upon going to bed I began to sleep better. I had thoughts for years after getting this cold. I had basically done it to myself but the physical response of the body was associated with an unnatural fear (trigger) and it was an endless cycle. This cycle took months to get over and even years later if I caught a cold I would get paranoid and fearful of feeling that dryness and dry cough that began it all. I feel much better now and if I get a cold I hope and pray that the dryness doesn't come with it. I have had a couple of colds since then and with each one I get more and more secure that everything is o.k. I haven't taken the anit-anxiety medicine since that first incident and time is teaching me that I can be sick and go to sleep with no problems.

LEARNING THAT THE PANIC AND ANXIETY IS A PHYSICAL BODY RESPONSE TIED TO A TRIGGER HELPED ME. 

Breaking the pattern is crucial. It all happens in the mind and can be worsened by cold medicines with decongestants and caffeine etc... If you are having panic attacks and the physical response caused by adrenaline remain calm. you really will be o.k. Focus on something and keep your mind occupied. Get off any and all stimulants, natural or otherwise, retrain your mind knowing that the physical response is triggered by something and begin to re-associate that mind-physical response relationship.

 Some people are more sensitive to stimulants and avoiding any stimulant may help. I know when I drink too much coffee I get hyper aware and more nervous.

After the words "I love you" the three most powerful words are I forgive you and Will you forgive me? I think the power of forgiveness is a spiritual law that works outside the element of our human nature. Our nature is to hold on to hurt and wrongs done to as if by holding on to it we may somehow  hurt the other person who we feel wronged us. the problem with this is that it is extremely a normal and natural behavior which is reinforced in todays culture. How many movies use the "revenge" principle as a major part of the plot. Think of the Arnold Swartzenegger movies and the whole genre of action movies using the revenge principle as a main plot. I find myself rooting for the guy who got wronged when he goes up against the evil and gets revenge. It feeds that core inside of me that says "he got what he deserved".love,NVTOfficeClips,occults,pains,pierced,pins,relationships,religions,revenges,Satanism,torturing,toys,voodoo dolls,concepts

Feeding the spirit of revenge and not having a forgiving heart is reinforced in our culture of self, self, self.

The main problem with this is that it is a direct opposite of the spiritual law that brings freedom to us. God's law of forgiveness. This principle brings power to have ultimate success in life not by revenge but by showing mercy to those who don't deserve it...just like God does with us. He gives us mercy and forgiveness when we don't deserve it. "while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." On the cross he shows the greatest power of forgiveness when he says "Father forgive them for they know not what they do".
The other truth about forgiveness is plainly expressed by Christ when he tells us that if we don't forgive others then we cannot be forgiven. It is also important to note that many times when we are offended that it was never intended to be hurtful or meant to offend.
How much more then should we forgive since most of the time the wrong doer "didn't know what they were doing?" and didn't mean any harm by it. In cases where there was harm and malice intended how powerful a thing to be able to forgive that person and many times since they know the harm it brought they well understand that to be able for you to forgive them must truly be a spiritual thing empowered by God.

GOD'S SPIRITUAL LAWS ARE TRUE AND DYNAMIC WHETHER YOU CHOOSE TO BELIEVE THEM OR NOT.

The other thing to consider regarding spiritual truth is that it is not relative. What you believe about it doesn't change it or negate it. We live in a country where everything is weighed on the scale of relativity. If it seems good then it is. If it satisfies the burning hunger then feed it. but feeding that burning hunger only makes the hunger stronger. Only by applying all of the spiritual laws of God in our lives can we truly have ultimate life success. We will be happier and less sick, which has been proven by medical science. Medical science has shown that people with long held bitterness and unforgiveness are also sicker and have less joy in life. I think about the story of a young black boy in the 60's whose brother was murdered. This man lived the next twenty years of his life with anger and bitterness toward those who wronged him and his brother. He kept seeking medical help from doctors for a serious medical condition in his stomach and intestines. A sharp pain that he suffered for many years. No doctors could find anything wrong with him until one astute doctor began talking with him and found a deep seated anger was roiling around inside him. This doctor told the man that he didn't need a doctor but a psychiatrist. Once he let go of the intense anger he was holding onto regarding his brother's death his horrible stomach pain went away for good. There are so many stories like this that it is proving the truth of Gods spiritual laws to the medical community.
It is not easy to forgive those who wrong us and many times it is only through the power of God that we can (as His grace and power work through us) by making choices to apply the spiritual laws of God in our lives. The less we feed the flesh....or the spirit of revenge and the more we feed the Spirit side of our beautiful nature the more we will be empowered to forgive and have ultimate life success to have freedom from bitterness and sickness in our lives.
This ties into another spiritual law...the law of Sowing and Reaping. which says "if you sow to the flesh....lust, hate, bitterness, unforgiveness....you will of the flesh reap corruption. If you sow to the Spirit you will of the Spirit Reap everlasting life."

HOW TO READ OTHERS-understanding personalities

Understanding personalities is the foundation for learning how to read others.

It is a certainty that your life success will depend on working with others in various relationships. It is imperative to have a basic understanding of different personality types in order to connect with people in an engaging and meaningful way and understanding personalities is the foundation for learning to read others.

Understanding the different personality types will enable you to quickly read and understand the person with whom you are engaged. It is a truth that there are 16 different basic types which have been identified and described. They are comprised of combinations of the four type dimensions listed below.
  1.  EXTRAVERT OR INTROVERT
  2. SENSOR OR INTUITIVE
  3. THINKER OR FEELER
  4. JUDGER OR PERCEIVER
These are considered the four main categories within which we all operate with basic combinations of the 4 either from one extreme to the other or scaled anywhere in between each polar opposite.  This personality scale and identification system is called the "Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator (named after the mother-daughter team that developed and refined it). It is considered and recognized world wide as an accurate method of typifying personalities of individuals.

Learning how to read others will be easy once you understand both your own personality type and can identify that of those with whom you are communicating. 

The process of learning how to read others begins with knowing yourself and understanding why you act the way you do. "to thine own self be true". Is a saying that everyone has heard but to really utilize the power of it one must understand their personality type which gives all the answers to our behaviors. Once you know your propensity for certain choices, actions, and patterns of thinking you will be half way to the end goal of better communication and efficacy in relationships. the next step comes from understanding the personality types and mixes of the main traits and identifying them in others. 

I highly recommend the book "the art of speed reading people"  by Paul and Barbara Tieger to help you easily grasp this dynamic of human relationship and the basic principle that drives our behavior and thought. Once you tap into the understanding and can recognize different personality types you will be able to more effectively guide your own decisions and actions because every relationship will be colored by these basic definitions of personality.

To begin to understand your own personality type reflect on the four main categories and see where you fit in. You can  get a brief overview of the 16 personality types below to help you understand how the combinations of the four dimensions fit together.

ISTJ - The Duty Fulfiller

hard working, focused and task oriented. work steadily toward goals. Accomplish tasks and stay on point

ISTP - The Mechanic

Quiet and reserved, interested in how and why things work. Excellent skills with mechanical things. Risk-takers who they live for the moment. Usually interested in and talented at extreme sports. Uncomplicated in their desires. Loyal to their peers and to their internal value systems, but not overly concerned with respecting laws and rules if they get in the way of getting something done. Detached and analytical, they excel at finding solutions to practical problems.

ISFJ - The Nurturer

Quiet, kind, and conscientious.  Others first. value security and traditions. Rich inner world of observations about people. Extremely perceptive of other's feelings. Interested in serving others.

ISFP - The Artist

Quiet, serious, sensitive and kind. Do not like conflict, and not likely to do things which may generate conflict. Loyal and faithful. Extremely well-developed senses Flexible and open-minded and creative. 

INFJ - The Protector

Quietly forceful, original, and sensitive. Tend to stick to things until they are done. Extremely intuitive about people, and concerned for their feelings. Well-developed value systems which they strictly adhere to.  Likely to be individualistic.

INFP - The Idealist

Quiet, reflective, and idealistic. Interested in serving humanity. Well-developed value system,  Extremely loyal. Usually talented writers. Mentally quick, visionary Interested helping people.

INTJ - The Scientist

Independent, original, analytical, and determined. Have an exceptional ability to turn theories into solid plans of action. Highly value knowledge, competence, and structure. Driven to derive meaning from their visions. Long-range thinkers. Have very high standards for performance. Natural leaders.

INTP - The Thinker

Logical, original, creative thinkers. Can become very excited about theories and ideas. Exceptionally capable and driven to turn theories into clear understandings. Highly value knowledge, competence and logic. Quiet and reserved, hard to get to know well. Individualistic

ESTP - The Doer

Friendly, adaptable, action-oriented. "Doers" who are focused on immediate results. Living in the here-and-now, they're risk-takers who live fast-paced lifestyles. Impatient with long explanations. Extremely loyal to their peers, but not usually respectful of laws and rules if they get in the way of getting things done. Great people skills.

ESTJ - The Guardian

Indecision kills motivation, take action and have excitement

Indecision kills motivation and can be a deal-breaker


Deciding to take action is a powerful dynamic. Where as indecision is often times a deal-breaker and can kill motivation, Once you decide to do something it means you have made a commitment.  after making a decision There is a chemical and bodily response like the one that happens with the fight or flight instinct mechanism. To be in a place of indecision is to not take action and this has caused many people to miss out on the great deals of life. It is the person who takes chances that experiences the greatest rewards and have excitement in life.

This, taking action, principle is a scriptural one also. In the book of James1 vs. 8 Paul talks about a man, unstable in all his ways. Starting from verse 6 "but let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavers is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. Let not tjhat man think that he shall receive anything from the Lord. A double minded man is unstable in all his ways."

This is a powerful scripture and I believe that if you reflect upon individuals you know that waffle in their decision making versus the ones whom take decisive action you will really grasp the spirit of the dynamic.  for even taking action and making a choice if it is wrong is in many cases,  better than doing nothing by indecision.




One reason why making a decision is better than doing nothing even if it is the wrong one is that you learn from it. If you do nothing, you will learn nothing. Indecision costs you knowledge.  Now this does not mean making poor choices based on emotion is a good thing to do. The decisions I am talking about are well thought out and prayed about ones.

Decisions based in emotion are rarely good decisions. There are many sales techniques that use emotional connections to cause impulse actions and these are really the strongest advertising and most successful ad campaigns in existence. Of course that is the whole idea.

If your decision has been considered and thought about and prayed about (if you are a person of faith) and you then take action the power of commitment is brought into play. Commitment is like cement to your actions. It solidifies with in you your motives, desires and reasons for making that choice. It empowers you to do the things and actions necessary on your part to bring about the thing decided upon.

Empower yourself and your life today by practicing thoughtful decision making not based on emotion and taking decisive action in your life now whether that means a decision to exercise, wake up earlier, spend more time with your kids, or just have a positive attitude. Get rid of indecisive behavior begin to do things and have excitement from doing things that bring results to your life!

What ever you do....take decisive action now and utilize the power of decision.
I chose to take action when presented with this opportunity. Yes there are thousands of things like this on the internet its true, however, when I saw this and considered that the price is only $10. I thought about the fact that it may in fact help others and that maybe.... just maybe....someone else that is looking might be able to use it also. Fact is I have already been paid from this and if you just take action today and help others take action it will work for you as well. This is one of the easiest things I have done. Once you pay the $10 you are done other than sharing the gift with others. ( I consider it a gift anyway). HOWEVER..... THIS CANNOT AND WILL NOT WORK IF YOU ARE INDECISIVE BEING INDECISIVE IS A DEAL-BREAKER IN LIFE. JUST TAKE ACTION AND SEE FOR YOURSELF ....there is no risk or strings attached. Does Noahs ark exist?

DOES NOAHS ARK EXIST?


These are questions every person of faith should be asking. If the ark does exist why don't we know about it. Wouldn't it be the biggest find in archeaological history. would it prove the flood? What does that say then about the prophets and Jesus? Or the Bible.

From 1978 to 1986 a researcher named Ron Wyatt made a discovery of a lifetime. He discovered Noahs Ark and "HAS BEEN CREDITED BY THE TURKISH GOVERNMENT" as finding Noahs Ark. It is a national historical monument with a scenic overlook at a national park in Turkey.  This national park considers the monument at its center the Noahs ark of the Christian bible  this discovery and others verifying the truth of ancient biblical prophecy has long been kept under wraps. Even though the information has been made public there is no real knowledge of these facts. The team that made these discoveries has scads of conclusive evidence from satellite imagery and radar photos to carbon dating. There is no reason that the general public and more-so the average "American Christian" should not know this information.


Ron Wyatt discovers Noah's ark

When I first found out that Noahs ark had been discovered I was skeptical. I had grown up my whole life hearing about this great icon of biblical history and always wondered how can any of this stuff be true. How can you prove it to me?  I figured I would believe becuase it is better to believe than to not believe. If the evidence came forth someday it would bolster everyone's faith. In my study of the bible and prophecy there are just too many proofs of truth and prophecies that have been fulfilled for me to not believe. And now there is physical verifiable proof of an ark and so much more.

"While routinely examining aerial photos of his country, a Turkish army captain suddenly gaped at the picture shown above. There, on a mountain 20 miles south of Mt. Ararat, the biblical landfall of Noah's Ark, was a boat-shaped form about 500 feet long. The captain passed on the word. Soon an expedition including American scientists set out for the site.
At 7,000 feet, in the midst of crevasses and landslide debris, the explorers found a clear, grassy area shaped like a ship and rimmed with steep, packed-earth sides. Its dimensions are close to those given in Genesis.

How amazing a time we live in yet how sad that more people have not heard about the exciting discovery of noahs ark. I talk to many Christians who don't have any idea of the true evidences of their faith that have been uncovered by Ron Wyatt and his team from the 1960's to 2006. They have unearthed the Ark of the Covenant, Egyptian chariot fragments in areas where the parting of the red sea is purported to have occurred. They have found salt statues buried by years of sand and also found what they believe to be remnants of Sodom and Gomorrah. How incredible to see these ancient artifacts and how powerful to increase our faith in a God that we believe in. He really has made it easy to believe in Him if we just open our eyes.

The biggest health choice you can make in life is to reduce simple carbs.

Sugar has recently begun to get a bad rap. It's about time too. Some researchers have claimed that it is as addictive as heroin and it definitely impacts the same region of the brain. Sugar really has no value to add to our food or body. Sugar brings many different problems to us and its harmful effects are well documented.

Exercise will play an important role just as diet does. as for the best thing you can immediately do to prolong your life and health...get rid of sugar or at least reduce the sugar intake. REDUCE SIMPLE CARBS.
This is the most critical step you an take to energize your life and begin to allow your body to begin healing from the effects of sugar on your organs and blood.  the way sugar affects our bodies is much the same way that drugs do. This is a scary thought to consider but this is exactly how sugar acts on our bodies.

Not only does sugar act on our systems like a drug it also has absolutely no positive benefit to its consumption. We have been seduced by large corporations which have fed ouR taste for sugar and as we have responded they have amped it up even more. Adult Americans eat on average 22 teaspoons of added sugar a day. New diet recommendations suggest no more than 9 teaspoons added sugar for men and 6 for women. Teens consume an average of 34 teaspoons of added sugar.

The biggest Impact on your health will come from the reduction of sugar in your diet.
